Who We Are
At Fabulous Maltipoos, we are committed to raising healthy, happy puppies and placing them in loving homes. Each puppy is believed to be in good health at the time of sale and comes with a one-year genetic health guarantee, beginning on the date the puppy enters the buyer’s care.
One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
Our guarantee applies only to serious hereditary genetic or congenital conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.
To submit a claim, the buyer must provide written documentation from two independent licensed veterinarians confirming that:

The condition is genetic or congenital.

The condition existed before the sale or resulted from an inherited genetic defect.

The condition was not caused by an injury, accident, illness, neglect, environmental factors, or improper care after the puppy left our possession.
Any resolution provided under this guarantee will be determined after reviewing the required veterinary documentation and discussing the circumstances with the buyer.
Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer agrees to provide the puppy with proper food, fresh water, safe housing, training, socialization, routine veterinary care, and a loving environment. The buyer understands that puppy ownership requires an ongoing commitment of time, care, and financial responsibility.
